of brevity

we will ignore the Forces of the Reverse Split (968), the alleged

Grey Brigades, and the Exonerate Corporate Forces

and call it seventeen.

And historians basically fall into two camps

about who or what is a minor, or secondary faction-

the Academy and the so-called Post-Royalist Scholars say it was

seventeen, while the Berthandiasts

adamantly insist that the number

was

Okay, back to the faction list.

As you will recall, the Civil War on Kalkovac (956-972)

was the result of irrevocable political decisions

of roughly twenty-two separate factions: five primary forces

and for purposes of brevity let's say seventeen other

secondary concerns.
