Didn't the rights to build this end bequeathed to the Printer's guild in one of the late war coalition deals ? Or am I mixing it up with some other factional infrastructure acquisition ?
That was the L71, an earlier prototype- but that's an understandable conclusion.
You'll remember that the earlier models, the L54 through 75 (or so called Jamboree series) had welded seams and thus significantly higher production costs.
