Thank you! Believe it or not, that siding is the paper padding from the inside of a lightbulb box, like just the standard 60w four-pack. I use it all the time, also sometimes the paper that they put around a to go coffee to save your hand from getting burned has a nice texture too. Either way, shoot it with a coat of primer and it will take paint generously.
